The Theory
What was the thinking that led to the SPS vision?
Although "The Vision" and "The Plan" pages of this website should be consider-
ed your most up-to-date information sources regarding the theoretical Sovereign
Peace Settlement (SPS) framework that AJC is hinged around, its philosophical
and practical groundwork was initially laid in 2025 by founder Rex Regis in his
debut e-book, Absolute Justice – A Plan to Save the World. Although this original
text has since been withdrawn for rewrites and revision, its core concepts remain
the intellectual blueprint for the movement's mission.
The attachments below offer a deeper exploration into the extensive research and
philosophy behind Absolute Justice. They are primarily a series of essays and excerpts drawn from the foundational book, supplemented by newer writings. They offer essential perspectives on a range of subjects, including:
-
Philosophy, ethics, and their role in justice: Some deep analyses of normative theories, concluding that consequentialism (and by extension survival-based utilitarianism) is the only viable philosophical framework upon which to base both morality and law.
-
Politics, and basic economic frameworks: Rex critically explores whether theoretical alternatives to capitalist and Marxist economies could ever be implemented at scale, as a primer to his finalised vision for decentralised Sovereign Peace Settlements. Crucially, he scrutinises the true nature of currency, confronting the awkward question of whether money is an actual necessity or simply a powerful (and highly corruptible) manifestation of status quo bias. (Note: these were written before the SPS framework was conceptualised.)
-
Purpose and meaning, beyond faith: Survival-based utilitarianism's role within a happy, meaningful existence, how it resolves dogma, and fills the 'purpose' void left by separating religion from a (necessarily) secular state.
-
Human Cognition: Jimmy presents his 'Life-preserving cognition theory'; a holistic blueprint for navigating our evolved survival-oriented thinking and emotional systems, how and why they developed as they have, and how we can re-engineer them positively (along with their surprising connection to, and arguable dependence on, survival-based utilitarianism).
-
Epistemology: In connection with the previous, Jimmy offers detailed pieces on the evolving nature of truth, how it is defined and discovered, and why a perpetual search for it is essential to both societal progression and contentment in life.
-
Life Itself: Some broader philosophical perspectives on existence, survival, and the potential evolution of humanity (both established, and novel)- along with how various cosmic threats might someday be averted (or at least, how we can cope with the uncertainty around them...).
Available below for free download or preview as PDFs, these essays are more than just supplemental material—they are the theoretical heart of the Absolute Justice vision and are definitely worth a read for anyone seeking to understand the logic behind what could someday be a radically different (and happier) future for us all.
p.s. It should be noted that because Absolute Justice was written some time ago (and Jimmy's stance on certain practical elements of society have developed since), there may be occasional concepts or terminology used in these texts which no longer apply to the SPS vision that forms the basis of the AJC mission for change. The vast majority of it is however still very relevant, and important for understanding how and why the vision came about. (The recurring theme of a bull in the imagery is perhaps, however, not quite so relevant anymore- and without context might be a little confusing! The character- 'AJ'- symbolised a modern 'Übermensch' in the book's first iteration, and was also part of the original Absolute Justice Revolution ® logo.)

p.p.s. As a bonus- template administrative documents designed for use within a hypothetical utilitarian society, drawn up during the writing of Absolute Justice, are also available below to help understand how survival-based utilitarian ethics could be practically applied to the law (highly desirable, but not mandatory under the Sovereign Peace Settlement framework). In addition, an original interactive decision model hinged around survival-based utilitarianism (the 'Survival-Based Utilitarian Decision Model') is included. The goal of said system is to expedite the process of making complex significant decisions under utilitarian principles (particularly for those unfamiliar with them), to aid with the code's practical application to everyday life. It's available for download below as a Microsoft Excel file, for any and everyone seeking inspiration and bespoke guidance on their path to minimising unnecessary suffering.
To use the decision model, you will need:
-
A computer that runs Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, and Microsoft Word.
-
Ideally, an AI chatbot (ChatGPT/ Google Gemini recommended).
Important note: The "Felicific Calculus 2.0" demo is for computer use only and may display generic security warnings due to its macro scripts and external links – these don't necessarily indicate threats. AJ Revolution does not gather or share your data without your consent.

Feb 2026- As abovestated, the content below page consists of excerpts from my original publication, Absolute Justice: A Plan to Save the World; parts of which were written some years ago. More excerpts are coming. We are still extracting and refining key passages to ensure they align with our evolving mission of decentralisation and local autonomy. This includes the fact-checking of original chapters covering everything from the mechanics of money and modern governance systems, to our understanding of historic events, such as the Holocaust and other major world conflicts.
Finalised excerpts will be posted here as and when they are ready (my full piece on Survival-based utilitarian ideology is the focus). To ensure you do not miss any new releases, I will post an update on the Blog every time a new piece of theory comes online. -Rex
