“Alas, what we do in life, echoes in eternity…”

My team, Bastion Southwest, stands against the illegal infiltration of our country, which the taxpayer is being made to pay for. The data is clear: the vast majority of these arrivals- over 75%- aren’t women or children, but adult men [1], predominantly from Islamic nations such as Afghanistan, Iran, and Syria [2]. Decades of Western intervention and the War on Terror have cultivated deep-seated anti-British hostility in many of these regions [3]. Funnelling these populations into migrant hotels across the country places an unsustainable burden on our communities and risks serious violence/ chaos on our doorsteps.

Our community is not a hotel or a charity for the rest of the World, we have enough problems of our own.

At the same time, Westminster is actively eroding our rights. The government’s recently adopted official definition of 'anti-Muslim hostility' is nothing less than a backdoor to blasphemy laws [4]. They are laying the groundwork for speech restrictions that a new demographic will inevitably exploit. We need only look at Spain’s recent extraordinary regularisation of half a million undocumented migrants [5] to see the disaster that awaits us if we permit blanket amnesties here.

Our patience is wearing very thin indeed.

Southwest England is our home, we will not be displaced and we will not be subjected to foreign religious regimes. YOUR historical/ global grievances are not OUR problem- you will not manipulate us otherwise. We will never tolerate ‘Sharia’ or any other religious patrols on our streets, we are a secular community with a Christian heritage, that was once progressing towards common-sense utilitarian ethics- we are not taking backwards steps toward ancient dogma. We unconditionally reject attacks on our free speech, baseless accusations of racism, any aggression or violence from infiltrators, and any disrespect shown to our native heritage.

Bastion Southwest is becoming the consequence should any one of these threats manifest.
