Meritocracy- the cornerstone of any safe society
KEY societal positions- government, national security, energy infrastructure and suchlike- should never, ever be built on anything besides absolute meritocracy. Entitlement to these roles must be determined by test scores, tangible working achievements, and provable passion and commitment. Rewarding people for simply being born into a particular demographic doesn’t drive progress, it just creates entitlement, favouritism, and eventually discrimination.
Some of you genuinely believe you’re doing this to protect people- to act as some kind of "white saviour." They don’t need your protection, nor your virtue-signalling. Talent exists across all demographics; different ethnicities don’t need you to stand up for them. It’s patronising, if anything. Real respect is found in equal standards, not participation trophies for identity.

Blind judgments- a less-explored avenue.
If you were actually that concerned about racism, you'd suggest something resembling a blind judgements system. This means bias-risk information would be completely redacted from significant selective processes- such as appointments into certain jobs, public office, potentially educational applications. Particularly with AI, this kind of system would not be difficult to achieve.
The process could be very simple:
1. Ensure no one knows the applicant personally.
2. Sanitise the application of all bias-risk information. This means completely redacting skin colour, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, regions of origin, accent, and appearance.
3. Pass the sanitised data to the final decision-maker, who knows absolutely nothing about the subject's demographics.
4. The decision would then be made purely based on merit and role suitability.
So, instead of a recruiter seeing: 'George, a white man from London, is applying for the role...', the system simply presents: 'Applicant A has 5 years of relevant experience and scored 98% on the aptitude test.' (You could even go so far as to use voice-changers for the interview stage, if you were that paranoid about being biased.)
This sanitisation would not apply to religion or ideology- this is stupid. An ideology is something you actively choose, you’re not ‘born into it’; it cannot be free from criticism or attention. It fundamentally matters, as deeply held ideological beliefs can cause direct conflicts of interests in certain professional, public, or societal roles. (For example, a convicted Islamic terrorist who once plotted to bomb British buildings, should not be standing as a candidate in the British local elections- oh wait… https://www.telegraph.co.uk/.../shahid-butt-birmingham.../ )

The double whammy of positive discrimination
Positive discrimination just ends up discriminating against more groups than regular discrimination. It is a double whammy! You cannot fix historical prejudice by introducing new prejudice.
As a result of your naivety and prejudice, Britons are now being actively discriminated against by these very policies; to give just a few examples:
• The Equality Act 2010 (Section 159): This legislation legalises positive discrimination under the guise of "positive action". It allows employers to prioritise candidates based on protected characteristics in "tie-break" situations, officially endorsing race or gender as a hiring metric over pure individual assessment [1].
• BBC ring-fenced jobs: The BBC has repeatedly advertised highly sought-after trainee and production roles that explicitly ban white applicants from applying, legally exploiting loopholes to open positions exclusively to people from "ethnic minority backgrounds" [2].
• The RAF recruitment scandal: Between 2020 and 2021, the Royal Air Force unlawfully discriminated against white men to artificially boost diversity. They actively fast-tracked ethnic minority and female candidates ahead of equally or better-qualified white men. As a direct result, dozens of white men were denied their rightful progression and joining bonuses [3].
• Wales: To see how arbitrary these "equality" mandates are, look at geography and class. The average wage in Wales consistently sits at roughly £5,000 less per year than in places like Scotland, and over £17,000 less than the London average [4]. Yet, the disadvantaged native Welsh working class receive absolutely zero "inclusion" initiatives or diversity quotas to lift them out of poverty, proving this system isn't about genuine equality at all.

The real agenda
You don't give actually give a shit about equality, though. We can all see that now. You just discriminate to push whatever agendas suit you.
Through positively discriminating, through selective history lessons and constantly punishing the very idea of being white (Transatlantic slavery lessons, for example, that dominated media discourse and educational curricula for years- conveniently omitting Arab slavery, which ran 1,000 years longer, and saw 6-7 million more Africans & Europeans taken into forced servitude), you have engineered a situation where white British people are taught to hate themselves and let any and every other race and culture walk all over them. You've bred a generation of weak, pathetic, self-hating men who can't even define what a country or gender is, let alone lead or stand up for themselves.
You have done this, in my opinion, to erase the very idea of England and Britain, and sovereign territories in general, so you can advance your ultimate goal of a borderless globalised planet. You want a controllable world built on digital IDs and currencies, run by a tiny cabal of virtue-signalling maniacs playing God, rather than just letting human beings behave and compete naturally.

‘Far right’ (a.k.a., mostly downtrodden, disrespected and angry) British protests
This stupid, never-ending cycle of racism has indeed radicalised a very small minority of white supremacists and Hitler-worshippers… I won’t deny they exist, because they do. You could perhaps liken them to radicalised Islamist militants, militant Black Power groups like the NFAC in the US, or the "Economic Freedom Fighters" in South Africa, whose leaders have openly chanted about the slaughter of white farmers.
The rest of us- the majority, in fact- standing on the street with Union Jacks and England flags, aren’t Nazis… we’re just doing it to piss you off at this point (deservedly).
We feel ignored, downtrodden, demonised, and lied to. Our skin colour is something we cannot control, and yet you are making it into a qualifier for systemic disadvantage and societal contempt. You cannot build a framework obsessed with race, weaponise it against one specific demographic, and then feign outrage when that demographic eventually pushes back. If the establishment met these working-class grievances with the same institutional dignity and respect afforded to movements like Black Lives Matter or the ridiculous Islamophobia blasphemy laws you are passing, the temperature would drop. Instead, legitimate frustrations are met with sheer disgust, ridicule, and immediate smears. It has become a matter of pure principle. You have forced people into a corner where standing up for their basic dignity and demanding a genuinely equal playing field is their only remaining option.
I can only hope, and pray, that we give Lady Justice her blindfold back very soon- judging a man by his merit and good character alone- or else we are simply waiting for the scales to break.
