Trigger warning- If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you have any serious mental health conditions, please do not read this book. It explores intense themes of existentialism, trauma, and mental health. It also includes graphic written and visual depictions of human and animal abuse for awareness purposes. This may be triggering or exacerbate existing problems for some.
Heresy- This book presents bold, revolutionary solutions to not only personal but global problems, and some of its propositions, supporting images and research conclusions may initially be perceived as heretical, unorthodox and, for some, offensive. The solutions proposed may challenge prevailing views and initially cause discomfort. This is intentional, as meaningful progress often requires difficult conversations.
